If the Irish passport gets him to Spain at 16 (as a free agent too) least the father can do is have him switch allegiance to the country that gave him a couple of caps. Probably easier to do that than change his name.

Obviously the ££££ signs are flashing, seen lots of stuff that United have already 'invested' significant money into the father in an effort to keep him.

Carrick should whack him from the start tonight and see how he goes. Red flags all over him if this is the way he is being handled at 16.

Captain Scarlet

Jaysus that young lad needs to do a parental divorce. Really shite that people are having a go at a child and talking about his attitude when it's how he was raised and brought up.

But in terms of football he obviosuly has the ability to play and be a team player so all is not lost.
them mysterons are always killing me but im grand after a few days.sickenin aul dose all the same.

He's definitely being badly advised.

But Jesus if he can't pause and say to himself I'm at one of the biggest clubs in the world that are renowned for bringing through young players, if I put the head down here I could be a star in a few years then theres something wrong.

If he thinks the answer is fecking Real Madrid then he was born with brains in his feet and nowhere else. Could see a case for Barcelona but even thats a massive ask.

Captain Scarlet

There are men in the 20s who still get to use the 'badly advised' thing, but a 15-year-old being used by his family is not that.

That stuff has been fed to him for years. All the best to him, but he needs to get a proper agent and give the aul pair the boot.

Can't get an agent before 16 or 17 I think.

Delighted for Lacey there, great finish for your first start. Hope JJ is raging, he'd had got minutes tonight if he hadn't threw a wobbler.

Capt Pat

United seemed to have this game in the bag. 2-0 after 10 minutes. From that point Brighton have taken over and brought it back tl 2-1 at half time.

Armagh18

Tielemans and Rashford been good, Sesko very poor, was definitely fouled for the goal though but defence and keeper have to do better.

Capt Pat

Utd 2 brighton 3 20 minutes to go.

Shambles

Time is ticking on  Carrick already

Armagh18

Disgraceful. Mazouri and Tielemans the only ones coming out of that with any credit.

Sure ye probably didn't want to win it anyways....

I actual backed 2-3 for Brighton

Having seen the Utd line up and Brighton scoring well this year I put a fiver on it.. 22/1!

That all said I cashed out on 80 minutes as I thought Brighton would score again lol!
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Blowitupref

According to ITV it's the first time since 1976 that Man United have lost a match in Old Trafford when leading at half time.

Was also said Brighton up to 2022 had never won a match in Old Trafford and tonight was their 5th win in their last 6 matches in Old Trafford.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose
