See the DUP managed to put the EA in real shit in 2yrs. Maybe the hiring of hundreds of staff, Jumping from 15 Assistant Directors to 25, making a ton of made up jobs cause half them came out of the Health service. No real plan of organisation cause the majority at high level got zero educational background, or been jumped up way above their ability. Place was way better run when it was separate Library boards. Then normal Joe Bloggs killing himself trying to fight against the tide of this shit!
