Fermanagh now included in Fáilte Ireland's 'Hidden Heartlands' campaign.

Unionists will not be happy.

Indeed. It was Diane Dodds who blocked Causeway Coast from being part of The Wild Atlantic Way campaign.

John Hume being sensible voice of reason explaining economics, access to schools/housing etc.

A relative was down looking at Narrow water project other day, the bridge builders are winning.

One of my pet peeves is when people (BBC presenters for one) keep trying to draw a parallel between the Orange Order and the GAA. Shocking to see the president GAA doing it, of all people.

Typical Jarlath. Great man for a speech and shite talk but more brains in a turnip.

There are no real parallels with the Orange Order and GAA, one is for their culture and one is for the others culture..

Seeing one as bad and one good is all down to where you were born, an accident of birth, there are as many with both cultures that have no real love for GAA and the Orange order so its not a universally loved thing on either side.

Both had bans in place so that was similar things there and things have moved on though, they should coexist and not be put down by either, both don't help themselves with various things that have been done in the past and they are used as a stick at times to beat each other..

Maybe, people might just get along and make up their own minds and ignore or embrace, but that is for Disney to make
None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought.

Oh dear

Jarlath ain't done with the controversy

2 organisations are poles apart. GAA at grass roots the best sporting organisation on the planet.

Rossfan

It may or it may not be as I haven't much knowledge of the loads of other sporting organisations on the planet.
Jarlath's point is that the O.O is part of some peoples' culture just as the GAA, gaelic games is part of ours.
A United Ireland will have to respect all who live in it.
It won't be a greater Crossmaglen.
