His distinctive take on life and humour could also be seen when he released a statement after learning of his cancer diagnosis.

Saying he was in "good spirits", he joked: "I am determined not to die before Benjamin Netanyahu, Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump and Ant and Dec. That should keep me going for a while."

I know Ant and Dec aren't everyones cup of tea, but  not sure I'd include them in  the same breath as  that shower  mentioned before them.

A fairly brutal death scene he had in that movie.

Another program the  BBC have managed to  kill off, with their  bland  box-ticking hosts. Alex Scott  was awful. She can't  even bloody talk  clearly.

They killed off QOS  with  Paddy McGuiness as host, who was awful, and a terrible   new format.

I watched an  old episode of Saint and Greavsie on YouTube a  few weeks back , and it was  great. Really funny and entertaining.

Funny enough a Q of S came into my head too
A great show, but because of ageism, sexism and not to be seen to be racist, Barker, Tufnell and Dawson were replaced with McGuiness, Qwek and Moyne
A shambles.

The people at the BBC seem to have assumed that the public have a thirst foe programmes featuring minorities. If it's not blacks it's drag queens. Their ratings would suggest otherwise.

Found mccoist and John Parrott decent enough too

Yeah after Parrott and McCoist it went downhill. They Think Its All Over was another favourite of mine as well that wouldn't have survived the modern era.
