Pointless betting on golf
How so? All you need it 2-3 wins per season and you will break even. Unlike horse racing you know
that the guys are trying to win every week.

Feels a bit pointless backing Lee Westwood to win a major! He's cost me a fortune at this stage.

He's working Sean Foley now... Not sure what difference that will make.

Mickelson not using the driver this weekend.

Carrying 5 wedges in his bag  :o

That was his set up at Merrion for the US Open also Gab.

Honestly I don't think there has ever been a more exciting golfer than Phil. You just never know what's coming.

To win the Scottish open on Sunday he started with a double bogey, finished with a 3 putt on 18, and then won the playoff hole.

Did you see his chip onto the 18th for the playoff?? It was just ridiculously good. The guy he beat called it... "A bit of Mickelson wedge magic". He's class and I think he seems to be well liked on the Tour, and him and Tiger don't get on so that makes me like him even more!

Wouldn't mind seeing Mickleson win it even tho I wont have money on him this time

These are the ones I am backing out for an interest

Schwartzel 45/1
McDowell 35/1
Grace  66/1
Donaldson 160/1
Michael Thompson top yank 125/1

Few crazy prices I couldn't ignore
Calcavecchia top 20  20/1
Couples top 10 20/1

I think he couldnt not be well liked - but these rumours keep re-surfacing that his fellow pros do not like him, that he is fake, false, and its all a front. Personally I dont buy it, but it keeps coming around that he's one of the least liked guys on the tour.

Allegedly his nickname used to be FIGJAM.

f**k I'm good, just ask me.
