Clubs spend on Equipment??

Just wondering how much (approx.) does your club spend on equipment per year?

Jersies, Tracksuits, Club Apparell, Footballs, Sliotars, Coaching Equipment, Medals, Summer Camp Gear etc.

Our club spent over €70k last year and I can't see where it has gone?

adult teams don't get anything unless its sponsored, fundraised for by players or paid for by adult players
if you had to join any other club you'd have to pay for stuff.

underage? nothing given out unless fundraised for, bought or sponsored
local rugby and soccer clubs charge up to €100 per child for a year.

We keep a close rein on spending on coaching equipment.
a manifesto of equipment is kept in the club, who has it and where it is stored.

we buy sliotars, hurleys in bulk every 2/3 years.
nothing given out without charging for it - new hurley for an 8 year old? that'll be €10 please.

€70k seems excessive,my club has teams in all grades and the equipment spend last year was €8-€9k.mind some jersey sets around a few years now

A bit more information, I met the treasurer and costs include kitting all teams out in new jersies (sponsored) for close on 40 teams!
We have 50+ teams, so hurling & football share their sets!

We're probably realistically spending close on 10k on balls, training equip etc!
