thebandit

In which case he is correct - Why not Clones?

I know its in Monaghan but:
its an Ulster Council ground,
the Armagh ones dont object to fixtures being played there in the USFC

They should have tossed a coin.  The game could have been played in Cross or Blaney and the grounds would have held the crowd easily and both pitches would have been accessible to both counties.

It would take brains to do something like that though.

BTWm, that is not a dig at Omagh's ground.

thebandit

Much as I hate the Faughs pitch (and indeed the Faughs) that would have been the sensible thing.

lurganblue

has any of the teams been released yet?

corn02

Toss of a coin would of been best, even if it had of been fixed for Clones there would of been little complaint. Still can not understand Omagh?

3 minutes into the second and Armagh have just added to their tally of 8 wides leaving it 1.5 - 0.6

Forker puts one over for Armagh on 9 mins leaving it 1.5 - 0.7

11 wides now for Armagh after 11 minutes. Lavery just been replaced by McKenna from Cross.

B McKenna (Mon) starts a move which ends with Gorman putting one over to go two ahead.

Forker puts two over in sucession to leave it 1-6 - 0.10

Level again after 18. Sounds like a cracking match  :-[

McKenna puts one over for Armagh leaving ot 1-7 - 0.11

On 27 minutes Vernon sets up Hanratty for a goal. 1-9 - 1.12 for Armagh.

1.9 to 1.14 on 30 minutes.

P Kernan puts over another for Armagh.

"Awesome" Armagh win 1.9 - 1.16   ;D

Well done to Charles and Paul and the rest of the Armagh lads, they seem a very good team at this level.

Thanks very much for the updates Donagh.  I wasnt able to get any stream working so I have been following your updates closely
