Riot police = Stormont  gone by mid day Monday.
Policing board dead in the water too if that happens

Both need gone regardless. Surely common sense prevails and riot police don't put people off the road ffs

How many appeals/counter appeals (wrong terms I know) can one get?

It's highly unusual but effectively what has happened is

The JR was due to take place this afternoon. Mrs Justice Smyth wanted more info and a compromise and indicated she wouldn't be prepare to hear it. When no compromise was forthcoming she granted interim relief in the form of an injunction.

That was the focus of the appeal. The COA said error in law not sure what so quashed the injunction.

The resident's coalition said well in that case we have been denied the substantive hearing we were due to hear this morning.

The Lady Chief Justice in her administrative role agreed with that and effectively said well. Let's do it now as if everything that happened today didn't happen.

So Mr Justice Humphries is now hearing the substantive case.

Depending on his ruling I would expect an appeal and the other two Judges from the earlier appeal may hear that.

What would happen if the other two judges from earlier were sleeping or just didn't answer their phone at this time on a Saturday night?

I assume the two of them didn't leave in the last hour.
