WRT to issues such as Rivaldo, Kaka's sending off and hand of Diego, Louis or Thierry, the real problem is FIFA. Players will do whatever they think they can get away with. All of the above could have been quickly reviewed by a TMO type monitor as in rugby and the decisions would have been corrected. The game might occasionally be slowed down but at least it would have integrity.

They could give coaches a 3 calls per half system as in Wimbledon with hawk-eye so it would only happen a maximum number of times.
