HS I'm finding alot of what has been going on recently a bit strange.
600lb bomb beside local houses on a backtrack in South Armagh, bombs in Fermanagh and other areas that cause days of investigation and bother but prove to be false, suspect devices in various other parts of the wee six that now take days to sort out, when in the past it would have been done in hours.
Are the dissidents really well organised or are MI5 up in Holywood just clued in?

The usual first step of "we need people from the community to come forward otherwise the investigation can go no further" isn't as common recently either.
