Man held down and shot in the back several times by ICE agents. All witnesses reported has having been lifted and taken to an ICE detention centre.

It'll be slow until it's a big bang but hard to see the US heading towards anything but mass unrest.

Civil war would imply someone leading it and that isn't happening.

Trump's plan is to keep ramping up his brownshirts, the people will eventually fight back and he'll have an excuse to declare an emergency, send in the military and replace the state governments with his own puppets. Oh and cancel the midterms.
