Has anyone any advice on where to get relatively cheap furniture, radiators, doors, stove, bathroom etc.
I am gutting and redoing a older house, to live in for a bit and then renting.
Don't want to spend huge money, but at the same time "you get what you pay for"
Have been told ikea, b&q, homebase but they are not handy for the north west (or not as cheap as I expected)

You've hit the nail on the head there.

Have you looked in Woodies?  http://www.buy4now.ie/woodiesdiy/shoppingref.aspx?loc=C&catid=103.5
Irish versions of the companies listed above.  As you are going to rent it out have you looked at Gumtree.ie to see whats available there?

A decent building and plumbing suppliers will sort you out with much of what you need. Plus if you go regularly to the same one they'll sort you out with the trade discount. I use Peter Woods in Belfast but don't know any in the north west.

This would be a special area of mine.

Saddle your horse completely before beginning to decorate him. You will be attaching decorations to the saddle, breast collar and bridle. Make sure your horse and tack are both clean and free of dirt, mud and loose hair. Use decorations like ribbons or battery-operated Christmas lights to wrap around your reins. Be careful that they are not in the way of controlling your horse. You can also use these things to hang from the breast collar. Battery- operated lights have a great effect at evening or night parades. Put a Santa hat or a reindeer antler headband on your horse's bridle. This will be a nice festive touch to finish off the other decorations. Apply paint or glitter to your horse's hooves, mane and tail. There are products made for horses and humans that are safe to use. Decorate the blanket area behind the saddle. You can even throw a bright-colored fabric on top of your saddle pad before putting on the saddle. You can then glue or pin on Christmas decorations like wreaths or garland.
Try the decorations on your horse before the parade to make sure all of them look good and don't bother you or your horse while riding.

Hope that helps and feel free to ask for explanations.
