Anyone use any supplements when they work out..protein etc??
what would anyone recommend? Also what vitamins are best to take?

if you are trying to put on muscle and in the gym a few days a week whey protein is useful.
would highly recommend everyone takes a decent quality fish oil supplement and if your diet isn't great a multivitamin is an option....

I have been taking Cod Liver Oil since I was two and I haven't had a filling or loss any hair. It's a remarkable product and you can get it in the chemist.

If your going on Protein then I think your meant to ensure you get a good Iron supply as this helps protein be absorbed. (I was told this but could be a load of auld boll*x) Most good multivitamins should have this covered tho.
