As long as they are U-21 when qualification starts then they can play, hence some players being 23 and still being able to play in it.

Watched the penalties there now. Milner's effort was woeful, Slipped like Beckham in 2004 v Portugal. Joe Hart's was a great penalty. Just set the ball down, a few steps back and bang. Hart was unlucky with his booking. He was out near the edge of the 6 yard box, the Sweden player was walking down to get the ball for his penalty, hadn't even set the ball down on the spot and Hart was booked. How many times have you seen the opposition keeper trying to psych out the penalty kicker and not get booked.

Still think Germany will win it, England now without Hart, Campbell and Aghbonlahor for the final.

Would have been nicer to have seen them beat on penalties.
