The pampered arseholes is possibly an issue too yes...
Central midfield is their strength. The lack of goalkeeper and fullback is the actual problem.

45%,36%,53%,34% was the possession stats for England in their last 4 games,  should be better at retaining possession and controlling games when central midfield is their strength? I don't think they were overly great out of possession either especially when they went into a defensive mode.

Spain won the World cup mainly because they had a midfield to control games.  In the knock out stages they had average of 62% possession per game.  Such control resulted in just one goal conceded and only conceded 10 shots on target all tournament and didn't give a sniff of a chance to the likes of  Messi, Mbappe.

Hard to see who will stop Spain from winning Euro 2028.
Is the ref going to finally blow his whistle?... No, he's going to blow his nose

Not sure if best to put here on the wtf thread but Trump wants his buddy Infantino as the next secretary general of the UN apparently!

The best team doesn't always win the euros so don't go betting the house on Spain or France. Previous winners like Denmark and greece and even Portugal and Holland have all won the Euros but not a world cup.

The top teams value the world cup over the euros.

True and you left out Italy who won it in 2020 and haven't qualified for the the last few World cups.

Spain are different though,  Euro 2008, World Cup 2010, Euro 2012 winners.   They'll be hard stopped in repeating that feat in 2028.
