I imagine Donegal were longish odds in '92, given their comparative lack of appearance at Croke Pk. Perhaps Galway were at good odds when they first won after a long break for Connacht.

I'd say they were long odds after the 1st round in Breffni when they drew and were lucky to do so. The odds would have tightened after the replay though!

Division 3 kingpins Tipp are available at 200/1, or 20/1 for Munster.

Last year Division 3 provided Down, Wexford & Fermanagh with football into August.
