Automatic deletion of print queue?

Anyone have a way to automatically clear a print queue on either start up or shut down?  I had a little dos command once that I ran as a batch file, but can't locate it.

You need a .bat  with
net stop  spooler 
net  start spooler  is also needed if you do it on startup
and auto task such as
