asked the sec a few times still hasn bothered his ass - can someone send me link for transfer clubs within the same county

Checked the gaa.ie website, you cant get them off that only intercounty and US/Oz sanctions forms available, therefore it can only be got through your club or county board. whoever you are transferring too, would probably be more helpful I would guess, so ask there secretary.

am from peru, moving to play for rio gaels, going for 3 south amercian titles on the trot!!!

Transfers within the same county are usually only allowed up to a date set by your county board, normally March 1 each year. Transfer requests within the county after that time are brought to the county board, when the club from whom the player wants to leave can agree to the request, if not, the player stays.
Each county will have it's own regulations to this effect.You will find that county secretaries will not, necessarily, inform you of impending outward transfers until the next county board meeting, regardless of where players are transferring to. Of course, at the meeting following the local deadline, your club will be informed. Very often you may find that individual players have not the manners to inform their club that they want to transfer, something I would think that anybody should do if they want to leave. This begs the question, have they been coerced or poached?
