Still have to plan this one out but it shouldn't be too hard. With so many bank holidays, Easter etc at the moment it has just complicated things slightly.

No bother at all. Once I don't wake up some morning and see you are standing at the end of me bed waving the Leinster Express when it's all over Bud is a happy man.  Try your best anyway.  Thanks.

Lad's, sorry about not replying to you individually, yep both days are OK and there will be a good bit of craic. However, without the numbers the fundraising element of things will not be great. AZ, Seannie, Muppet and many many more from the board supported this even more than I did but alas there is no money out there and that is the simple fact.

For now please do not send any cheques for sponsorship (F.O.S.B. , AZ etc, I will contact you all on this issue but no cheques will be cashed) because the number of teams entered would not provide for payment of prizes let alone make a profit for the charities.

Now, that is the downside but shure we can have a bit of craic anyway.
I do not want people to be travelling down from Belfast and Crossmaglen while at the same time you are of course all most welcome. The likes of Mag Sean, Az, and in particular Declan and a few more who had made  firm commitments deserve free accommodation and if you do travel now having made the commitment I will facilitate that. You are a great bunch of lads as are the likes of Hardy/FearOSB/ Orangeman/ONeill(without the apostrophe) etc.

However, having reduced the price of the event down to €40, including a steak dinner and allowing for the fact that green fees and the leg of the bullock had to be paid forout of that €40  before we could allocate the balance to the charities we did need numbers. They were hard to get.

There is still a good night or two in it and perhaps GPA will let us raffle their tickets. For now do not send sponsorship cheques.

Tee times Friday 3pm - 4pm.  Saturday 2pm - 4pm.
