I've been in Riva on holidays a few times and I don't know of anywhere that would show GAA games. I happened to be in an internet cafe in Riva a few years ago on a Sunday when Waterford were playing a hurling semi-final and a few people in Deise jerseys were there, and they were delighted to have found a place to listen to the radio commentary. On that basis I wouldn't hold out much hope of watching the games on TV.

Fwiw, the internet cafe in Riva is a very odd place. It must be the only internet cafe in the world that shuts for lunch. And they won't let you near a pc unless you produce your passport first!
Boycott Hadron. Support your local particle collider.

Don't worry about the GAA when in Riva ffs. Take a boat across the lake over to Malcesine, absolutely stunning, if you can avoid the windsurfers, or better still tour the whole Lake or get yourself down to Verona and get a train to Venice or Milan.

PS International law requires passport id everywhere you go on the continent now if you want to use the net.
