hi, can anyone tell me how i get a confirmation page out of the fax, happened once last week, but unsure on how this happened

even any forum which would help

Different number model Dell here, but probably similar set up.  Press menu until you get "fax setup" then scroll to "MSG confirm" and turn it on.
