On another subject (lets change focus)

i see Eglish u16s claimed the Grade2 league and championship double at a canter last nite
how was this allowed to happen..its a disgrace that a team that won the Ulster Og Sport u15 last year were allowed to drop into grade 2 and a bigger disappointment that the Eglish club allowed/wanted it to happen

Donaghmore dropping into Grade2 u14s is another example

they did it at minor a few years ago also

Surely the CCC need to stop this sort of stuff happening

Donaghmore have been doing this for years. They will never learn

County youth Fixtures committee keep accommodating this type of thing! How Donaghmore in particular keep getting away with this I will never know..

BigTogs, your own club got relegated last year from senior and appear at the moment to be too strong for intermediate. As some other poster states earlier, Donaghmore lost all their league games in grade 1A last year (lost 10/10). How does that differ from your own club situation - if you finish bottom then you get relegated.

Surely Donaghmore have to deservedly get relegated to allow Grade 2 winners to get promoted. Is that not how the competition works?
haters gonna hate...

Some big hammerings in intermediate tonight. Some clubs must be really on their knees

2 hammerings and it's two teams that you wouldnt be surprised about really. They've been missing players from the start of the year. All other games seem to have been tight.

Took a trip down to the Loughshore el Classico this evening. Comfortable win for ardboe. But good crowd about. A standalone game for matches like this was a great move.

Interested to know who performed well? Where was Mulgrew playing at?

Mulgrew man of the match at centre half forward, outstanding throughout.

Do we know yet if Tyrone TV have any plans to follow in other counties footsteps and release a season pass to cover all games this year? Something like a GAA Go season pass where there is a small saving instead of having to purchase single games throughout the year.
That's a great idea. I feel they will be pleasantly surprised at the buy in to season passes both inside and outside the county..

We talk about this every year now. They wouldnt do it in the past and I think it was down to greed but maybe with the shake up in Co Board they will do it this year. A season pass at the right price might surprise them

Any idea who to contact in the county board with regards to proposing this idea?

Lets be honest, do you think Martin Sludden is going to pay any attention to anonymous nerds on an internet forum?

Surely if they got enough proposals it would be something they would look at?

Go to your club. They have a delegate at co board monthly meeting they would be able to propose and it would be debated there.
Would need to go through sharp.

Failing they start an online petition?

Even for the positive publicity that would be a hoot.  50 000 names on a petition to get the Tyrone GAA championship on an extra value deal...

Is Tyrone TV even going ahead this year?

Hope so. I asked this last year as we were well past Covid and they done it again, so I assume it's here to stay. Whatever about the financial aspect, it is an unreal service to lie up in the house or pub and get all these games. You miss very little of the entire championship. Add a firestick into the equation and you really are laughing.

Tyronechampionship

Again I think the season pass would reduce the use of the firestick which would also help the county board. I know I would rather pay a one of fee and know im getting all the games rather than taking the risk that the firestick wouldnt work and missing out on a game.

Has a date been set for the start of the Tyrone sfc?

Tyronechampionship

I would assume mid September similar to last year. With the first round of non starred games what way are teams looking with their main men back? Any truth in Coalisland picking up 2 serious injuries?
