What would be the point in that?

Yeah let's all just forget what happened in Cookstowns Fr Rock's last night and carry on like we usually would. It really baffles my mind how people on the board can stick up for this man. There should be only 1 opinion on this matter and that is give him life in prison.

How can a player, management, officials and spectators feel safe entering a football ground again?? It may be just that 1% but you never know when and where. Fintona and the county board will have a lot to answer for.

Life in prison, catch a grip of yourself. A lad killed his father and is back playing football like nothing happened, hardly think stabbing someone with an umbrella is up there with that, a life time ban from all GAA activities and a short stint is plenty, but knowing of the man, a punishment on his club will hit him the hardest, pitch closure and suspended from all activities for a year

i see Eglish u16s claimed the Grade2 league and championship double at a canter last nite
how was this allowed to happen..its a disgrace that a team that won the Ulster Og Sport u15 last year were allowed to drop into grade 2 and a bigger disappointment that the Eglish club allowed/wanted it to happen

Donaghmore dropping into Grade2 u14s is another example

they did it at minor a few years ago also

,

Surely the CCC need to stop this sort of stuff happening

These types of things will be to the clubs detriment in the long run when they have to go to the well to win tight games won't always be like that for them

Youth games have come very competitive and parents shouting abuse at the ref is common theme. So if parents are abusive to refs then monkey sees monkey does. Added to that we watch our county players roar into oponnents faces....what do we expect 😏

I coach our U10 team and there is a rule that a player that complains about the ref has to sit off the next quarter of the game.
I know its only U10 and non competitive but good practice.

Can any of you 2 headers tell me how Donaghmores division 4 under 14 team done last year which is this years a team. That club aspires to play at div 1 at all levels and certainly aren't dropping down to win grade 2 titles, if they are dropping down it is in the interests of their footballers who are deemed not to be at grade 1 level at this stage. Definitely not about title winning. They field 2 teams and often have no subs which weaken their grade 1 challenges. They are very much about giving lads as much football at their level that they can. Perhaps your own clubs could adopt that approach.

Wait until it becomes competitive but I admire your efforts to instil the practice
