Not having read said memoirs I bow to your obvious knowledge. However, both Eisenhower and Churchill knew of the Holocaust.

The most comprehensive read is Atlas of the Irish Revolution. After that, local histories are some of the best sources. I also would use the Bureau of Military History archives for first hand accounts.
