Some good and some bad last night. We looked okay physically and in the first half were tracking runners well, second half that stopped. Thought Shivers looked sharp in the first half. Tomás has been a great servant to the county but his time has come and gone, he's going backwards and we should be using his spot to blood youngsters.

Don't want this to sound bad, but who cares? It was never a thing before, as a player I never worried who was or really interested in who was taking the team, more so who I was up against..

Who retired or who's making the team would have been more interesting.

On the Johnnies management I definitely seen in social media Paddy was involved in the team, must have changed?

Yet again, Antrim seems to be the only place this doesn't matter, and is a symptom of the wider problem

It matters to the team, I'm just saying it shouldn't matter to anyone else

If I'm managing my senior team, I'm not concerned who's managing the other team, not sure why that a symptom of a wider problem

Paddy who?

Yes, various county set ups and high level club football.

If your next post was at me, I haven't abused any manager - but I believe someone puts themselves up for judgement if they apply for our county job.

Do you think Paddy has the credentials for the Antrim job?

Because he has done nothing of note to justify managing a county team

It perhaps doesn't matter to Players but it's a good talking point and interesting to follow from an Antrim football pov

Exactly, why wouldn't it interest us. We are all camping out on a board about Antrim football and managers are a big part of that

100% of course it matters, you can't complain about the state of Antrim football then say who cares who is managing the clubs, in tyrone in the last two days, Justin Mcmahon has been announced for Omagh and Fergal Logan and paddy Bradley for Donaghmore, shows massive intent from those clubs to kick on and challenge the top table, but who cares

Paddy got lambasted in here when going for the Antrim gig

And rightly so

Rossa's only been advertising the post for a week

After trying internally for a good few weeks.

It's been on social media for 2 weeks. Paddies been out a month or so. I believe St Pauls yet to appoint but have been speaking to a few.

Ex 'Maguigan manager close to joining either Pauls or Glenavy - must not be many out there because from what I hear both are very interested and don't have any other viable options available. Worrying going in to Dec without a manager

I would assume Dunloy, Moneyglass and Sarsfields management will all be staying on after successful seasons?
Is Pete McGrath still in charge at Aghagallon?

Aghagallon have posted that Kevin McKernan and Dessie Marshall are their new managers.
Apparently Gavin Devlin looking Murty O Brien in along side him with Magherafelt with his management team, also wee Gerard Mc was telling me that Creggan had asked him so I'd assume Cassidy isn't in with kickhams,is this K Mc Kernan who played for Down, any experience in management

Appears to be him G&T, he was taking Dundalk Gaels for 2 years and did rightly.
