That was probably the first/last time I went out of my way to watch Nolan. I would listen to him now and again in the mornings but that was something else.

Firstly, not entirely sure about rentamob, I think people apply for tickets to be in the audience so obviously there'd be a whole load of sally rods in the crowd.

Secondly, despite the blatant imbalances, Loyalism had it's opportunity to articulate it's views, air it's grievances etc and what happened? A shouting match. They can't even engage in civilised debate. Their 'cause' is no further now than what it was at the start of December.

Thirdly, most Loyalists despise the DUP for being 'traitors' yet every thing Jeffrey said was met with rapturous applause. They are a confused bunch.

you think that's bad, I was sitting down to business the other day and some crab came and checked both cubicles, me sitting there and someone in the one beside me, and just catch out of the corner my eye him peeking over to see if its occupied or not, instead of just trying the door or god forbid checking the wee red bit that shows that it's occupied!

Booked a weekend for the parents in the Caledonian which is apparently very nice. Hilton hotels (of which group this Waldorf Astoria is part of) has a great weekend package on offer for all group hotels.

I don't think it will be reversed however I think a lot of other council buildings will have their flag flying days increased from designated days to every day of the year. Craigavon look to be heading that way.

Lurgan surprisingly doesn't seem interested. There was a 'protest' on 21st Dec and we were out for our Christmas do that evening, there were more of us (16/17) than there were Loyalist protesters.

Portadown's Unionist community on the other hand, has been collectively pissing itself over the flag. Craigavon Council has a disproportionate number of Unionist Councillors and a proud track record of backward thinking and is generally stuck in a time-warp of which the place is named after. So their motion to review flag policy is not at all surprising.

The people who championed McClean's hard-earned right to play for the republic are the very same people who now dictate who McIlroy should play for. He has a choice that he is free to make. If I was him I'd have choose the South but f**k it, I couldn't give a shite what he chooses to do. Is criticising McIlroy for his decision to declare his nationality as "Northern Irish" not as bigoted and backward as those who would criticise McClean/Wilson/Gibson for considering themselves Irish?

Spot on. Some people need to take a look in the mirror, they might just see some OWC posters looking back at them.

A lot of people would base it on the premise that golf in Ireland is administered on an all-island & provincial basis like GAA or rugby so not exactly the same as the McClean analogy. Not that I disagree with the sentiment, if he chooses to play for GB that is his right to do so.

I normally go on the treadmill for 5k or 20mins whatever comes first, today I gave a debut to a new pair of trainers and after 10 mins I started to feel a lot of lower back pain and had to go off.  Is this normal? Back has been sore all day and it hurts to bend over. #sadface
