GAA Discussion / Trivia help needed - Trick question

In 2001, a player won an All Ireland
senior title. In 2002 a different player with the same name also won an
All Ireland senior title. One football, one hurling. Two different
counties. Name the "two" players.

Anyone see any of the division 2 games? How handy did JM 2nds win it? Disappointed not to get down from scotland with the late cancellations etc and give that division a shot

Over the moon with the result today. I'd be a skeptic at the best of times and never saw this coming. Big Enda was different class in the middle of the park and was the main difference( his goal summed up his pure class) Mayo seemed very brittle and the heads dropped after derrys first goal. But less about our opponents shortcomings, it was a Derry performance of the highest class ;D

Derry (narrowly)
Tyrone (comfortably)
Dublin (comfortably)
Donegal (narrowly)
Kidare (narrowly)
Meath(comfortably)

The 2 provincial finals look like mismatches, granted upsets happen like last week but think these 2 teams have too much class. Fancy Donegal to improve and win well. Elsewhere home advantage to be the key factor
