And that most of the high tech innovation comes from blue states. And that most of the red states that would end up in this Redneckistan are net beneficiaries from the federal government (more federal spending from the government than taxes to the government) whereas the Democrat voting states are net contributors.

However as you mention it only requires treatment until they are stable. This only covers a small percentage of medical treatment ie. stuff that would have you going straight to the ER rather than your GP.
