Hello,

Ive got a problem. I work in a garage and most of the fella in the place smoke, this is fine there life, body and choice... However they are doing it indoors despite plenty signs tell them not too so. They are no windows in the place and its were we eat at lunchtime. I enjoy the job but there smoking is really doing my head in and probally lungs too. I have asked them to smoke outside but with no luck. What can i do to ge them to stop smoking indoors?

Every lunchtime when the boys are having there gurb, i nip outside and spend a good 30 mins beating a ball against a wall. striking off either side on the move, chest catches aswell as catching in the air. This can get a bit old, so im looking for some new activities that i can use to spice things up abit. Anything at all.

GAA Discussion / referee in kerry/cork game
July 10, 2008, 02:23:21 AM
I dont know if this has being mentioned, but does anyone else think the referee was very whistle happy and genrally annoying. What was his problem he didnt let play flow at all, referees like that will only encourage players to dive. Was this a bad referee or a trend across the board?

I'm asking all the big questions today. You know the ones that everyone always wants to know but is afraid to ask.

So starting the ball rolling. How do the drivers in skyscraper tower cranes get to work in the morning? Just asking seeing as i've just seen one of our tower crane drivers take about 10 mins to get to the top of a 14 story tower crane. Got me thinking with any building in excess of say 20 stories must take forever to get to work. So anyone know how they do it?
