Hiya, a little late, I know 
A new app has just come out - well, the app was there before but Gaeilge wasn't available - for Android phones. It's called Adaptxt and it's free from the Google Play store, you can download dictionaries both for Gaeilge and English and easily swap between them. If your're thusly inclined, they also released Scots Gaelic and Manx at the same time
Works better than Téacs which was ok to begin with but it's seriously out of date at the moment.
