Was vaping for about a year, off them 3 weeks, withdrawal has been like coming off heroin, absolutely brutal.
What made it brutal?
Was it nicotine withdrawal symptoms plus extra vape related stuff?
Did you try and wean yourself off? weaning off  nicotine is a masochistic method.
Going cold turkey is by far the best method to kick the nicotine addiction, it gets easier by the day

Anxiety, feeling low all the time, lethargic, irritable, headaches, it was an absolutely brutal experience tbh.
It was cold turkey, just stopped.
Im a nurse in local hospital and consultants are saying that 5-10 years we will see untild health complications related to vaping.

If locals are homeless it's a problem long before they become homeless, it's terrible how their home life  has put them in a position that they'd rather be homeless than seek or stay in accommodation that's actually available but refuse it

Mental health issues need to be looked at, that's another government failing, nothing to do with immigration

I like to think im clued up on homeless issues having worked in a well known hostel in belfast for 12 years.

You are correct in saying mental health is a huge issue, there is a whole myriad of issues at play and usually it is a long drawn out process that leads to a person becoming homeless, issues at home, poverty, drug ir substance abuse, mental health, issues with family etc, in the current climate these issues will present more and more due to the cost of living, the money isnt being invested either to tackle these issues but the government is finding money to pay for hotel rooms, someone is making money in all of this.

Im by no means facist or right wing, but when homeless people born here are dying amd receiving very little support it can be infuriating seeing people welcomed and placed in hotels.

It surely isnt their fault that they are fleeing wars etc and the anger or discussion needs to be directed at governments, not that it will change much, but the people here deserve to be treated better and have more support.

I do assume that big business is making plenty of money housing immigrants in hotels, no empty rooms and government paying out plenty, no profit to be had in housing the native homeless people.

Talking of naas, theyve been everywhere at underage level.
We played them at carryduff in hurling and at lamh dearg in football last year, strong sides at both codes.

What is missing from the likes of antrim, laois, westmeath, perhaps even dublin to get upto the level with the likes of kilkenny and limerick?

Genuine question.

Is it schools? Is it coaching? Is it parents not buying in? Soccer?

Id love to go and hear the different demographics, watch the training sessions at younger age groups just to see how it differs compared to us.

Any recommendations for good pints in belfast? Missus and I leaving the kids at the inlaws tomorrow morning.

Irish trad would be a bonus too! Tks

Maddens is a decent pint, round the corner from kellys cellars.

They certainly were beasts and I admire lads that don't fear or shrink from a challenge but one challenge if the ref had another look was borderline red, but no card, the actual yellow was unlucky and Nigel was probably full hardy..

Noticed this in both games when attackers where shooting they flipped their hurls round so bas was  other way round!

New one on me

Why do that?
Maybe the reason for so many wides in the game.

Getting more like soccer, players rolling the ground after barely being touched.

Only tournament we went to this year with the .5 rule in place was carryduff, every other tournament was either u8 or u9, ones hosted by johnnies, lamh dearg, sarsfields etc.
