I bought chicken fillets in Supervalu last week and the wrapper stated that they came from the farm of Fergal Caulfield in Scotstown. I presume this is the same Fergal who was on the successful Monaghan team during the 1980s. Gerry McCarville was another on that time with an agricultural background.

I dont know any Fergal Caulfield, but Fergus Caulfied was a good player!

I know you have a bit of a Mayo bias,  and Jimmy Bourke and Joe McGrath were both great footballers,  but there must be room there for the great Ambrose Rodgers at 14. Your problem is that both Bourke and Claffey played mostly at 13.

I think Dermot is a computer programmer or something like that. He used to work as one in Lakeland Dairies before moving on. Maybe he changed careers.
