Ah here down with the local garden guy today sourcing trees and to get him to plant them so I have to look at the f**k*rs as little as possible, no doubt we will be in for round 2 with some problem with the trees

Splays are needed for clear site of view going onto a road, 60m both sides coming back of angle of 1m. Brother run into problem with one on a site, His line of sight runs into the neighbour nxt door garden. Could got round it with a mirror fixed opposite in tbe past, but not any more. We own a 1/3rd if a right of way, the right bit, its at the start of the lane.Technical u still own u splay line but it be beyond u fence line. In a way alot of people will kerb a 1m or so outside their front wall or fence.  See the thanks u getting for doing abit of tarmac for them. Left it as, is they nothing to complain about.
