St Peters a strong enough side in Armagh, could potentially do something in Ulster.

Aughafad

It'll take some stopping Fossa for the all ireland

Aughafad

How come the junior ulster championship is not in the same format as the senior & intermediate this year? Senior & intermediate teams play equivalent Down teams but jnuior will play Donegal champions.

mrdeeds

Lacken will take some stopping for All Ireland. Two All Stars in their team.

That's if they get out of Armagh. Away to a Cavan Division 1 team no doubt.

Keady and St Pauls very very average from what I've seen, Pearse Ogs a decent side but St Peters a step up imo.

Reopen an old wound - what division do they play in?

Relegated to division 3. Thomas Galligan only back with them in recent weeks after few years away.

For the record, Kerry's club teams featured as follows in the 2026 County League:

Senior club winners: Rathmore - relegated from Div 1.  Will only represent Kerry in Munster Club if a Divisional side wins the County Championship.

Intermediate club winners: Fossa - failed to get promoted from Div 3 (finished one point behind senior club Na Gaeil).

Junior club winners: Keel - relegated from Div 2 (also relegated from Div 2 were senior club Milltown/Castlemaine and St Marys, Cahersiveen, with St Mary's also relegated from intermediate).

Might as well add that the County Championship Round 1 starts this weekend...16 teams, 8 games, knockout with result on the day.
Four straight weekends of knockout games with final the last Sunday in October.

Fossa hadnt the Cliffords, big reason why they stayed in Division 3

Is there some limiting factor on Fossa in the league, maybe theres a couple of good players that only come back for championship :D

Whos the predictions from each county?

Fintona and Pomeroy should both be relatively strong in Tyrone. Fintona if it goes as expected are about to win as easy  a championship in Tyrone as you will ever see - Junior champions at an absolute canter. They never should have got relegated last year their junior days should have been over. Massive under performance in intermediate last year. Won't be seen in junior again for a long time.

Pomeroy were beaten by AI winners Cullyhanna by 1 point in the first round of Ulster last time they won intermediate (Aidan Nugent last minute free) so obviously would fancy a cut at it if they beat their local neighbours Rock in Tyrone final. Interestingly the first round is Tyrone v Down and the favourites are Pomeroy and Rostrevor. Hugh Pat McGeary formerly of both Tyrone and Pomeroy now plays for Rostrevor - would be playing against all his best friends and brother should that come to pass.

Yeah i agree with fintona having a massive chance in ulster though you never no how stewartstown could show up. Pomeroy should win intermediate a far stronger outfit than rock, however rock are the sort of team that cud lose by 10 or win by 10.
