Ballinamore Seán O'Heslins: 1-14  Fenagh St. Caillin's: 2-11

When that close to ending a famine it won't be easy for Fenagh to lift things for the replay.

QuoteTom Prior denied his neighbours their first Leitrim title in 94 years when snatching a dramatic draw for Ballinamore when he fired to the Fenagh net almost at the end of a entertaining Leitrim decider in Carrick-on-Shannon.

Anybody who gets a chance I'd recommend watching the Crokes v Stacks Kerry quarter final back from last night highly. Unexpectedly one of the best club games in living memory. Thought it would be tight and tense but it exploded. Both teams went all out attack and the result was glorious. A few big breaks went Crokes way but they deserved their win, margin flattered them slightly. Some sensational scores. 65 points worth including 6 goals.

Spa v East Kerry today was a good game but not quite at the level of Crokes v Stacks. Fierce drama at the end with a 2 point free after the hooter to win it for Spa.

For the first time in a long time a team from North Kerry has a shot at winning the title. This is a new Divisional team formed in 2025 and now they will contest a county semi final after a comprehensive win over a depleted An Gaeltacht side. Their opponents will be Kenmare who outplayed Rathmore in Fitzgerald Stadium today with Seánie O'Shea in ominous form.

Crokes v Spa and Kenmare v North Kerry Semi finals double header in Killarney next Sunday.

The two Galway semi finals were poor enough.
Moycullen were impressive all the same.

They scored more than the other 3 teams put together. Before yesterday I had thought Salthill might put it up to them in the final, but I can't now see it happening. Should Brigids/Moycullen meet in the Connacht final (at a Galway venue) it could be a cracker.

If they each win their Counties, then a Quarter Final they'll meet in the Semis.
Meanwhile Mayo Champions play London Champions in the other semi.
