Quote from: marty34 on August 23, 2026, 04:15:11 PMI wonder when will RTÉ start showing club games on a Saturday night?

Have a look at their website. Not a word about club football or hurling. It must be part of their ongoing and ridiculous protest against the split season.

Ideally RTE gets no GAA games. Give them to TG4 or Virgin. RTE's coverage over the years has been atrocious and is getting worse.

Did they not do games last year on a Saturday evening?

Maybe they'll wait until it gets to the county finals and provincial knockout games.

It was great sitting in front of the fire on a Saturday night watching them.

On a personal level, absolutely delighted to see Rian O'Neill get minutes for Cross tonight, wish him nothing but the best.

Hope he can keep himself right and be the player so many of us know he can be, for club and county.

The irony is the era half you gobshites hark back to allowed fist passed/throw goals ffs.

A lot of people on here and in real life are totally clueless.
