Garnacho  leaving Chelsea. Jadon  Sancho Mk II
Little bollix. If he'd kept his head down and worked hard there could have been a role for him at United. Thought he'd made it

117m Great British pounds for Morgan Rogers. These crazy fees showing no signs of stopping.

I'd have been shocked if it was  17m.

No wonder the average Joe can't afford to attend matches, or pay for  Sky TV.

Villa have extracted the maximum here. It's a good deal for them as clearly the lad wants to go, and good luck to him. Not sure why he has chosen Chelsea over Arsenal.

Villa have got an unbelievable deal. £100m profit. Chelsea must be paying him more wages than Arsenal.

Personal terms weren't a problem - They were agreed. Arsenal were only willing to pay £100m and £117m is more so Chelsea have got him.

Arsenals window worrying me as missing out on quite a few targets so far.

Villa would have a bit of work to do in the market you would imagine given what's went out the door to date.

Mad move, Villa a club with better prospects than Chelsea but money talks I suppose. Decent player but nowhere close to that value.

Hopefully Villa decide to blow 40 of that on Rashford.

Villa have already spent on Manzambi and Joao Gomez. I would presume there is still the Rogers money to be spent. Konsa could go too. It looks a big rebuild

Id take Rashford at 40m but not on those crazy wages, so that'll not happen.

Id be worried about throwing money at Nicholas Jackson fs

Won't be signing Jackson unless it's on loan. Any purchase within 45 days is counted as a swap by UEFA, so can't amortise the purchase. Chelsea also under UEFA restrictions , but not in Europe this season, so have time to balance the books.
More likely Villa sign Summerville or Mbaye.

Arsenal need a bit of work on their forward options. Left wing was a weak area last year and Trossard has already gone. He what's seemed to chip in with important goals. Saka hasn't looked right at the World Cup so he might need an extended rest when he gets back.

Edit: Saka looked right last night!! Assumed because he didn't feature in the semi he wasn't fit but after that that it looks an even worse call by Tuchel not to use him.
