It means if you want to pick a player up off waivers - you are in the 4th best position - but if someone who is 1st, 2nd or 3rd in priority - they'll get him before you

i think that means you have the 4th choice out of about 20 for picking up players,
you get preference over the teams with 5th choice all the way down.
you get to take advantage of stupid f**kers like me,messing around with their rosters.

Mangini implied strongly that door was closed, partly because Houston isn't interested in coming back. "Cedric made a personal decision, which I respect," he said.

waivers starts off being the reverse of the draft order, i.e. the 20th pick in the draft gets first waiver preference, 1st pick in the draft is 20th preference

With only 32 teams, getting a starting QB was/is important for the draft/season.

Look at the qb's in Oakland, Buffalo, Jacksonville there is a chance the 2nd or 3rd string guys might be starting there by week 6.

I needed Greise as a backup for Rex but someone grabbed him   Bastard


By week 4 alot of no name players are going to leading certain positions in fantasy points so pay attention to the waiver wire.
