Traore must put baby oil on before starting
he does, seen him say in an interview it was to stop defenders grabbing his arm to slow him down

Rashford drop for discipline reasons. Say what you like about Ten Hag but he takes no shit. Great to see
Smart enough not to drop him off the match day squad and was rewarded in what was a hard earned and deserved win.

Wolves always seem up for United games and 1 goal normally enough to separate the sides.

Happy birthday to Alex Ferguson 81 years young, mad to think he'll be 10 years retired in May.

Brilliant. Great to see a manager with a set of balls.

It is indeed good to see, Rashford said in an interview after the game it was because he slept in.

Proper order. Standards high all round, anyone who doesn't like it can follow Pogba and Ronaldo out the door.

And the fact that is was Rashford in his current form was a big statement. If it had been a Malacia or Garnacho he would have been accused of being the big man dropping lesser squad members.

Saffrongael

Or a real statement of intent would have been dropping him from the match day squad
Let no-one say the best hurlers belong to the past. They are with us now, and better yet to come

I don't know the disciplinary rules united currently have in place but being benched for been late to a team meeting seems a severe enough punishment.

Worked out well in the end.

NAG1

Seems to be getting a little grit into the team eventually. Didnt play well in the game particularly but had the drive to keep going and find a way.

Hopefully ETH without the distraction can keep them going in the right direction.

He has certainly stamped his authority over the playing squad, remains to be seen if that extends to the wider club.

Loving EtH so far. Wins the Ronaldo battle. How he has rejuvenated Rashford and handled him. What a turnaround from the Norwegian PE teacher.
Hopefully Maguire gets the hint and gets a move organised. Behind Luke Shaw (who has his moments as well) for a CB berth.

Big game tonight after both Spurs and Loserpool dropping points.

The Ronaldo situation was handled brilliantly, but benching Rashford, your most in form player at the moment was even better.  It sets the marker that nobody is untouchable, no persona is too big for the team, regardless of how good you are, something Fergie had done countless times during his tenure.  Having control of the dressing room is vital.

Maguire would be safer heading on and trying to get into a team with champions league ambitions, whether United would want to do that business is another thing.  Tottenham is being touted as a likely destination, but again United are not that far ahead of them, so selling to a 'rival' team may not be ideal.
I tend to think of myself as a one man wolfpack...

Yeah that Rashford thing last week was brilliant. About time there was a boss in that dressing room who'll take no shit but at the same time not throw players under the bus and fall out with them all
