Declan Rice was needed more then some of these. Sancho didn't even get on against Liverpool and look what he cost.  Doucoure at Everton is also a very good defensive player.

Kieran Trippier would be a upgrade on Wan Bissaka

Tried very hard in the summer to get Trippier for a good price, but Atletico held out.

They realise that Wan-Bissaka was a mistake.

I meant the younger players, like Greenwood, thinking they can behave like that and still get a bumper contract.

David Moyes was well able to manage Lingard. Gareth Southgate is able to manage him.

Didier Deschamps is able to manage Pogba. Conte and Allegri were well able to manage him.

Louis van Gaal was able to manage Martial.

All these players are manageable.

They wouldn't be high level professional footballers if they weren't manageable.

I don't see anything that indicates Zidane could manage these players and others couldn't.
