Surely accusing somebody in the wrong is accusing somebody in the wrong? Why should it be different if you accuse a groundsman/referee or anyone for that matter.

If you're caught out for the lie you should take your oil! The Evra incident and Mikel incident should be treated the same. Although is it not reported that it wasn't Mikel who heard it but another Chelsea player?

Of course it would!

For the record, I haven't a clue if Chelsea's allegation is false. I wasn't there, and have, like everyone else, no access to what evidence does or does not exist.

The papers today and yesterday are now back tracking and it appears (acc to them papers) that Mikel did hear 'it', and there was no mass Chelsea rush into the referee's changing area as they roared last week.

So you reckon if he was convicted of racist abuse and had it on his record for life you don't think his career you have been affected one bit?
You don't think everyone would have known his name because of the high profile player who was involved and it would have  been all over the media.
Do you really think his life and career wouldnt have been affected???

If you read Norf's piece on the main Chelsea board, it seems under the Equality Act 2010 Chelsea may have been obliged to report this incident since an employee claimed to have been racially abused at work (whether CFC think he was or not)

Pogba couldn't get a start in Uniteds midfield last year, and considering how decimated it was then it actually doesn't say much about his ability.

Well he said he wanted out in Januray so that might have had a say ,on his lack of game time for the rest of the season. He is still 19 so wasn't going to be playing every week - not yet anyways.

He was obviously going to be a player otherwise he wouldnt have made it so far through the academy. Thing is his development at 19 would be more suited to playing in Italy anyway, where he can get more game time, more rest between games and less physical contact than the EPL.

United fans should look at it more in the sense that it shows that the scouting system is working as is the Academy system. The club are not going to be able to hang on to every young prospect in these times of the Bosman ruling, so just have to learn to accept it. Would be more difficult to swallow if he had joined a rival team in the EPL, good luck to him otherwise.
