There was an upsurge in Catholics joining the PSNI in good faith after the RUC was disbanded. However the upper echeoleans remained the old guard.. RUC sectarian bosses in charge. Here we are now, as you were, a sectarian police force for Unionists/loyalists. The more things change etc..

I watched the heart breaking programme last night about the murder of Katie Simpson by Jonathan Cresswell. The PSNI came out of it very very badly as did the three women who helped the bastard Cresswell cover up the murder.
