It was the Tipp one, the club he transfered to is right beside his new house.  He had a big falling out with his club as well, and he was dropped for the county final or the provincial final I'm not sure.  They lost as well so it wasn't too smart

here is the proof. dont want to say i told you so but eoin from tipp is a personal friend and he would never leave mullinahone. he was going to stay even when his brother was going to leave.

Not familiar with the clubs but usually transfers occur due to a desire to play at a higher level, ie John mcDermot left Curragha to go to Slane to play at Senior level. I dont blame him either, im sure it stood to him playing Inter-county. or else there could be a managerial dispute. Maybe just  case of the grass being greener on the other side.
