Rosnarun there have all ready been appeals of this nature to the DRA for misapplication of rules.  I remember I believe it was a limerick club but dont quote me on that who appealed to the DRA when a free kick was moved too far which resulted in a winning point in a match once.

Thatswhy I said misapplication of rules should never be appealed mistake as to the rules should.

Not really surprised at this at all, although Tyrone will be realived to have him, Fermanagh disappointed!

Chaos Bloody chaos . Where are we going ? I did not see the incident but accept that like most of the red cards in the league it probably was soft . Maybe 8 week bans for this sort of thing are harsh ? but this zero tolerance in the leauge pisses me off . This is the first of the season . How many court cases will we see ?. What about John Mullhane and Waterfords example ?.Anybody know for the record what exactly were the grounds for a successfull appeal
