What's holding up the rossies from fixing up the Hyde??

And are we not due a home game against sligo next time out??

The bulldozers mowed down half a dozen Rhubarbs in their hurry to get work started on Sunday. They also crushed that stupid amp that was piping The Green and Red of Mayo to half of Roscommon Town.

I take it the minor game between the two is been played before the senior game?
Inaugural Football Championship Prediction Winner.

Leaving Cert only finishes on the 20th so it would be a bit unfair on the younglings, though that mightn't stop the buckaroos from scheduling it for the 21st.

Nah. They have to play all their finals neutral cause they never have a home final.

So it could be in Salthill. The downside of that for the Connacht Council is that the gate will be poor. But I doubt Sligo would want to go to Castlebar so ........

I don't think Mayo can choose McHale Park as a neutral venue boss.

Shite, keep forgetting that the Hyde is out of order!!! If ye hadn't spent all the money on the bus, ye might be able to afford to do the place up

Got Horan sussed, but Mayo people are simple-minded folk. I'll be studying cattle for more of a challenge next.

I'm fairly sure the minor game is the curtain raiser at 5pm.

Mayo posters have invaded another thread and changed to focus altogether.

Sligo cannot afford to go into the championship without their top players. Marren was carried off in a club game a few weeks back and must be extremely doubtful. Harrison has been out for most of the league and McIntyre is only back playing for his club after a long term injury - is he even back training with the County panel yet? To be missing 3 of your better players with replacements not of the same standard is not a good omen for Sunday week. Counties with bigger resources can replace these type of players.

Connacht GAA site says 21st June in Markypark but no time given.
I suspect Prenty and Co. will be praying for a Galway win to avoid a financial disaster. Who's the Ref?
