Both Dublin accents are awful.

Louth is terrible but in a funny way.

Nothing wrong with accents. I like all the accents inn this country. Apart from the RTE one.

Agree with this. Even the droll South Armagh McConville won.

Not a bad accent but a funny one - north antrim!

Say battery.... batry!
Hmm, I say batry!

North Antrim would say bahry.
speaking as a north antrim man I can Confirm that there actually is no way to spell how we pronounce battery. Its one of those extra vowels we use.

The generic "posh" accent in the north is the worst. It is not specific to any county and generally an affectation.

That Engleo-Aaaghrish egg-scent drives me up the f**king wall with its pretentious mangled vowels.

Clare accent is awful.
People who move to Dublin and start talking D4 are a disgrace.

The funny thing is the real D4 accent is nothing like what people who aren't from the area think it is.

What is the real one?
The one I would classify as D4 is a mix of posh British and fake American.

I detest the one which manifests itself on AA Roadwatch and other such radio soundbites. A fawr cawr occident at the Red Cawh Rawndabaht.
