what is it with horan and team selections. hgow much of an advantage does he think he gets from not naming the team untill the last minute i mean itll be probably be 90% the same as the last day anyway.
not that it should . playing 3 defenders in attack one hopes is a temorary measure untill dillon and Andy come back. and the persistence with A Freeman is bewildering. with lads like Kirby  A walsh tom parsons Alan feeney nowhere near the team  not to mention th young lads on ther bench .when was Freemans last good game for mayo 2010?

Must be about nine of those players who haven't met Mayo in senior football.

We're in for some hammering.

Interesting to see McNeice named at 10. The eternal search for the new hoover.

what do you base the 'hammering' on?
in the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. but he still only has one eye

Sorry to hijack the thread but are any of ye going to support Cookstown tomorrow night in Croker?

I'd nearly go just to see Mugsy and Galvin square up.
Remember it was Galvin who ended up marking Mugsy for PTG goal in 2005.

its a tyrone man poor attempt at modesty  and downplaying their chances . sorry but it sounds as false forced as the bravo coming out of my fellow Mayoites.

Itll be a close game with may just edging out tyrone but a baroow argin  of 8 - 10 points

Those hedge schools have a lot to answer for.
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

This is a big test for Tyrone, especially the new lads in the half back and half forward lines. Clarke at MF will be monitored closely. Disappointed at the injury to Kane. We seem to be cursed there. Every time someone gets a decent run there he's crocked.

However, you feel that Mickey's a Colm Cavanagh man and as soon as he's fit he'll be there.

One change for Mayo. Kevin Keane back again, Shane McHale out.

Thanks for that Deelin.

Wonder is that a change from starting 15 last day or team that was supposed to start. Is it Vaughan or Boyle starting I wonder?

It s all a bit conservative but we ll see where it goes.

Sounded like a great end to the game. 12-8 then it looked like Mayo had it won with 1-2 soft Tyrone penalty to win it.
