What defences were stood down on 9/11??
F-15s were over NYC in minutes.

They were busy elsewhere.

Taking part in drills  for the  exact same scenario  at the exact same time. 

When the planes were  reported hijacked  , there was confusion  , many  thinking it was part of the drill.

Similar thing was  reported in London  on 7/7. Drills going on simultaneously as  the attacks.

So not stood down then lol
NORAD were running a drill for missiles from outside the US, which you'd expect.
The confusion lasted seconds before it was confirmed it was real life and not a drill.
I just don't get the conspiracy in this.

Edit. There were no live drills on the day of the 7/7 bombings. All of these conspiracy theories fall apart once you look up the reality.

As I said...

The confusion  only lasted  seconds yet they didn't  intercept  or shoot down any planes knowing what was happening?

I  don't obviously believe  everything that's out there but you have to admit there are a lot of things that just don't  add up about 9/11 (or 7 Oct). So  while you don't understand so  called conspiracy theories  around the likes of 9/11 , I just don't get why anyone would swallow anything the  US (or Israeli) governments put out.

What does a private company doing a tabletop exercise have anything to do with the official crisis response on 7/7? How did it affect the response in any way??? Who was "stood down or busy elsewhere"?
Was preparing for such scenarios in a post-9/11 world not completely normal?

It's very easy to get sucked into one truth over another, coincidences and anomalies happen all the time and linking them to something is easy done when it 'looks' legit or not, depending on how your mind works..

That responder one about their testimonies at the time certainly give impressions of explosions and so on, but nothing changes that fact that they planes, fully loaded with passengers and fuel hit those buildings at over 500 miles per hour..

Based on the conspiracy people saying the buildings fell like a planned demolished building, it would have to have been wired in various places all the way around the building, I was there July 93, that was the summer after the explosion in the lobby, everyone was searched going into the buildings because of a threat of blowing them up again. So even more difficult to carry something like that out during that period, not impossible lol

As I said , both  attacks had  similar drills  going on simultaneously.  That doesn't strike you as  too much of a coincidence?

Its incredible one of the top experts in the world on Bin Laden took a job at the WTC mere months before the attack.

John ONeill was hyper fixated on the threat of Bin Laden and was an FBI counter terrorism expert. He had a few extramarital affairs and had trouble with debts even depending on wealthy friends to help.

The extra moolah from the private sector role was attractive so left the FBI to head up security at WTC.

What are the odds? Cruel irony
