Christ - I have managed to over estimate your intelligence again.

Noone asked you if you were against it or not - certainly not me, so what are you answering there? I have no idea what you are on about.

In relation to the local 'petrol' station ( ::)), where do you think red and green diesel come from, the sky? As I said, staggering....

You clearly are a genius, by your own admission of course.

Tell me this, what is your problem with the expression law abiding Petrol Station?
Also tell me what does 'Green diesel' have to do with the white diesel sold by the above or the red diesel sold by criminals via any method they can contrive?

Sweet jesus...I'm not sure how to pitch this slow enough so you'll get it. I know not having a clue what you're talking about certainly doesnt pre-empt you getting involved in a debate about whatever topics in hand, but you probably should check what you're saying every once in a while - people will think you're a complete bollocks.

Again, no idea wtf you're on about. I have no problem with any law abidng 'petrol station' (they're actually called 'filling stations' btw, I dont know of any one that just sells petrol). What makes you say I do??

And these same law abiding filling stations sell red or green diesel depending on their jurisdiction. Keep up, or even better, shut up. I dont know of any criminals selling red diesel, and I dont have the faintest idea what your last sentence means.

Diesel dippers check for red diesel which is a low tax mainly agricultural fuel. You spoke about green and red diesel. Green diesel is dyed agricultural fuel sold in the 26 counties and is irrelevant to this discussion on the diesel dippers in the 6 counties, who look for red diesel in cars, but you apparently don't know that.

As for your points about using red diesel having no effect on the taxpayer: http://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/local-national/northern-ireland/rise-in-fuel-laundering-court-cases-promised-16102362.html: Your Government reckons it is €150m a year.  ::)

Does that mean you won't get caught or can't get done if the NI dippers see green in your tank

Gas oil is essentially the same as diesel road fuel, but attracts a much lower rate of duty (see Ev. p. 22). To enable its ready identification, a prescribed chemical marker and a colour marker are added. It is from the colour of the dye that this product gets its colloquial names of 'red diesel' (United Kingdom) and 'green diesel' (Republic of Ireland). The use of either in the United Kingdom as road fuel is a criminal offence.

trileacman

I see the use of red diesel as an ongoing civil disobedience against the illegal British occupation of the 6 counties.  ;)

Seriously though there is no shame in doing the Brits out of a lock of pound. Given the shit they pulled in the name of "queen and country" I would have no qualms in a few harmless illegal activities that f**k them over.

The less money they have.....the less bombs they can drop on people at the far side of the world.

You still don't know that there are legal requirements to sell red diesel do you? You should try Google yourself or will I point you to the relevent law?

They were in the Cohannen prior  to Christmas until a charming group of men went up late at night, bust the door in and told the manager he had an hour to get them all out or face the consequences.

Yella Scottish c*nts were police escorted to the docks.
