Handy win. Looking good going forward but still a bit dodgy at the back at times. Good squad starting to take shape.
Missed the last 20 though. How'd the new lads play?

Very dodgy at the back. After knocking it sideways there was a couple of near suicidal passes back to the keeper which were not punished. Also, the scoreline doesn't reflect the fact that Dundee United hit the woodwork 5 times.

The Desmond led board have done a fantastic job of lowering expectations. Couple of good signings to replace guys who left two years ago. At least four more required and the guys they brought in have at best 2 weeks and at worst 1 week to get bedded in for a Champions League qualifier. Absolute clown show. Dundee Utd hit the woodwork 4 times yesterday also.

Time will tell i.e. biggest game of season is mid-week in Champions League qualifier so we'll see what the story is over them two games.

A few players in but just replacements really and a lot have gone - weekly wage bill down a good bit I'd say. Big emphasis on quality over quantity so hopefully get through to the group stages.

Still need a keeper and at least two other players in defence. But I'm still of the opinion business should be done a lot earlier. No reason why not. Give new lads a bit of time to settle in.

The scoreline did reflect that...the scoreline only changes when it goes in the net.
